Winter Mead has worked in financial services for a decade investing approximately $900 million across 80 private equity and venture capital firms as a Limited Partner, specializing in venture capital. Currently he is CEO and Co-founder at Oper8r, a cohort-based training program for emerging VCs. Before becoming an investor, Winter Mead worked in the technology world at three different angel and venture capital financed start-ups. Winter has also been involved with two leading industry organizations, National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) and Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA), and in his spare time helps teach a course at Stanford University focused on entrepreneurship and venture capital.
