ACC Referee Stuart Mullins has returned to the podcast to help us with our next player in the Player Focus Series: The Passer.  As before we take a deep dive into this crucial position.  Stuart guides us through the definition of a passer, things the passer can and can't do, as well as fouls against the passer.   As a referee he provides a unique perspective and contrasts his point of view with other referees around the country.

Rule11 Challenge Question

A 4/10 @ A-45, A9’s punt bounces at the B-15 and B1 muffs it there. The kick continues downfield, B1 recovers the kick at the B-4 and his momentum takes him into the EZ. The ball is punched out of B1’s possession by A1 and the ball goes into the field of play and OOB at the B-6. During the kick a B player is flagged for holding at the 50.
