  • We “lost/won” the election now we have to wait another four years, two years (senator/governor) 
  • great plug here for the beautitdues and kingdom living 
• Piper: Governments cant fundamentally change things because they never go heart deep...
  • jesus’ model is inside out formation (Williard on this too)
  • abortion... heart level societal change; not just legislative 
    • what if all the energies, lobbying and dollars funding the pro life campaign-NATIONALLY was redirected at SOURCE VS SYMPTOM 
• how can we make our stance bigger than our issue?!
  • e.g. the left is “the party of abortion” the right is “the party of racists”
  • is “pro life” merely designated as abortion?!
  • thought exercise: can you find scripture for both parties OTHER stances...?!
