My interview with a candidate for Junior Vice Commander Bill Roland from VFW 402 Coraopolis, PA. Currently PA VFW Surgeon. Joined the VFW went through the chairs. Served as District 29 commander for 2 years. 

• Bill served 26 years total service Navy and Army. Kosovo Qualification. 
• As District commander created a position for Public Relations. Getting notifications in the newspaper.
• In favor of merging posts instead of closing posts.
• Motivation to run- Making things better. Growing the interest. Getting the word out.
• Programs of interest- Public Relations/ Social Media. Membership. Stronger posts. OTI training.
• Magic Wand- Communication. We do not communicate well or at all.
