Kristen is the owner of Open the Doors Coaching.  She is a Certified Sex Coach who focuses on relationships, dating, and intimacy. Her certification is from Sex Coach U where she studied under Dr Patti Britton. We get down to the business of talking about ownership over our self love practice.  We also take a few detours into talking about how we age appropriately talk with our kiddos about sex and her essential three things to do each day!
