It's the first episode of Season Two of the In Process Podcast series! Keaston talks with Madalynn Whitten, a senior at Middle Tennessee State University. The two reminisce on Madalynn's reading at a recent open mic night, talk about her life as a writer, and share in some passions and perceptions on writing. Madalynn reads two of her pieces: "The Walls are Breathin'" and "Untitled Collection of Things". Keaston reads a poem by Michael Ondaatje, "The Gate in His Head". Unfortunately, the conversation is cut short–after an hour and a half. Keaston and Madalynn plan to continue where their conversation leaves off in an upcoming episode.
