In this episode I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with awesome cosmetologist, author, hair salon owner, hair care activist and educator Ladosha Wright!

You get to hear about her journey growing up in a house filled with love and of course some sprinkles of dysfunction like alot families in particular Black families. Even though she experienced, trials and tribulations like most great people it didn't stop her from becoming a college graduate. She took her degree and became an outreach worker for 15 years then, that led her to the path of cosmetology and an independent author.  What of the beautiful things about our conversation was that she gave some very valuable tips on how to help change the mindset of our youth and the adults when it comes to reading. As always this is the episode that you must have your notebooks and pens ready so you can have these jewels for your self and to share with others.
