77 year old Roger Schwab (2022) runs the X-Force City Center Gym in Philadelphia and was just awarded "Best of Philly" personal trainer.  This man has been head judge for,  among many other professional bodybuilding contests, the  Mr. Olympia  and was around during what many call "the golden age" of bodybuilding.He's known many legends though his modesty would probably make him uncomfortable with that description.Early on, he learned from his mistakes (and those of others)...
