Dora Mołodyńska – Küntzel has an MA in Cultural Studies and a BA in Italian Linguistics. She has organised the first self-standing Human Library in Poland in 2007, an antidiscrimination project that fosters appreciation for diversity and enables dialogue with minorities. She is the Head of Training and Quality Development in the Human Library Organization and runs trainings in Europe and North Africa on introducing the Human Library method in different cultural contexts. She has run training courses on intercultural issues and human rights for civil servants and the police, as well as young activists. She is passionate about art and enjoys the small pleasures of life.
In this conversation we talk about taking difficult decisions at work, the influence of politics on decisions and education and also come across evening routines in a family with two children :)
