Marcela Widrig is an international teacher, teaching around shame, boundaries, self-respect and the strength of women through the body. She does so in Australia, the US and Europe.

This conversation allowed us to explore the subject of integrity from many directions, looking at professional situations as well as personal ones. Thinking about what guilt and shame might have to do with our struggles sometimes and how to look for the want behind it.
