Relationships, divorce, and sexual trauma. In this episode, host Jamie Lynn discusses with Michelle Haynes about the importance of having to move through the energy to heal what surrounds us at an early age stating, "We attract most in another what needs healing within".
A Hairapist by day and Podcaster by night. For the last 22 years, Michelle Haynes has been getting inspired and inspiring others through conversations within her salon , Studio 11:11. This past year Michelle decided to take these conversations outside her hair studio and into her podcasting studio. Michelle recently started her podcast, 11:11 Calling. 11:11 is a calling from the divine to awaken to your higher self, your higher purpose in this life. Our unique individual gifts allow us to help and inspire each other as well as appreciate and learn from each other. In turn we see new ways of doing things and stimulate creative ideas which will have a positive impact on our lives and the lives of others.
Her early marriage set the stage for her to learn how to have boundaries, especially in a toxic marriage. Michelle gives gratitude to her therapist, Lisa Hall. -LCSW Divorcewise "Speak your Truth ~ Release the Outcome"
Michelle now raises her stepdaughter from her widowed husband and shares how her life is guiding her. She is allowing healing to come through the mother-daughter relationship even through the ups and downs of the chaos.
Jamie Lynn and Michelle also have a vulnerable conversation around sexual trauma and how that plays a role in future relationships. Specifically, in attracting narcissistic partners or trauma bonding.
