Today I got to have a great conversation with Dr Anne Webster about all sorts of issues that are important to residents in Robinvale, and to ask her directly to mention our plight in Parliament.

We also discuss planning raise a question about a regional planning scheme that might suit rural and regional centres better than it currently does.

Of course,  given the news that has hit the media this week we discuss the labour schemes available to growers now and how, even though it might not be perfect,  it's what is on offer right now, so up take of this scheme will dictate the need for alternatives into the future.

I really enjoy a good conversation,  which is why I love podcasting so much, and this is one of those really good conversations I'm so happy to share with you.

UPDATE:  Since this conversation occured, Dr Webster has let us know that her knee actually got a lot worse and she has spent some time in hospital.  We wish her a very speedy recovery.
