Kristen Woods partners with healthcare leaders to sharpen their executive presence, drive

physician and C-suite executive, she brings deep expertise in population health, change

management, Lean operations, and health system leadership.

Her coaching approach is systematic and results-driven, tailored to each leader's unique context

their most pressing challenges with clarity and confidence.

Kristen's leadership journey spans from frontline physician leading care team transformation to

C-suite roles within an Accountable Care Organization and a national nonprofit health system. In

these positions, she drove strategy, optimized financial performance, and built cultures of

excellence, all while navigating complex organizational structures in a highly regulated

environment.
