Jasmin Bedir is an “ad lady” who is the CEO of a very successful advertising agency in Australia. However, beyond her entrepreneurial spirit, she is a woman of change. She is going against the grain to change the norm in an industry that has kept minorities quiet for a long time.

Her social enterprise Fck the Cupcakes focuses on diversity, equality and inclusion. Their goal is to highlight, discuss and fight against gender inequality in Australian culture and the workplace.
