Welcome to another episode of my Conversation series! Today I'm talking with Cori Stuart. Cori assists individuals in re-connection through intellectual, energetic and physical exercises. She specializes in releasing anxiousness, self doubt and energetic blockages, utilizing the chakras as guides. She is a Master Usui Ryoho Reiki & Crystal Reiki practitioner. We dive into some of our own experiences in being frustrated with traditional medicines and some of the modalities that have been beneficial to us. We both believe very strongly healing involves the whole person - physiologically, psychologically, energetically & spiritually.
