We  often wonder why the younger generation have taken a change in  direction from the older generations belief system as is evident in  their interpersonal communication behavior. They are more assertive,  honest, upfront, and forthright as compared to the older generation who  continue to respect the power differentials. Communication is always  evolving. No matter what country, the meaning and interpretation will  change as humans change.
