This week's episode with Sarah Dragonetti is equally beautiful and informative and as it is difficult and vulnerable. Having met at 14 years old, we have had a lot of shared experiences that have taught us both about the importance of empathy and unconditional loving friendships. We talk about some really hard and personal subjects that I am incredibly grateful to have been entrusted with, and I know you will feel the same. As we dive into our history of having loved ones who suffer from addiction, physical illnesses and what it means to listen to our bodies, I hope that you all with tune into this episode with an open heart and mind.
