Sophie was always drawn to the spiritual side of life, finding joy in beauty, nature and friendships.  She has been a therapist for  many years helping her clients wth the soul, as an energy healer, psychologist, life coach, integrating neuroscience with the PEAT process and having amazing results.

Sophie has led seminars and workshops for spiritual development.  She is an ambassador for 1Million Meditators guiding meditations in English and French every week.

Sophie is currently working on her book and welcoming the changes of the new year!
