Richard Brookens has been a Yoga instructor since 1998, and a professional musician since 1972! He combines them, offering a path to complete relaxation of the body, and cessation of thoughts for a deeper meditation.

He currently teaches 10 Yoga classes and two Meditation classes weekly at Barry University in Miami, FL , and freelances in South Florida playing for Yoga classes, Reiki circles and other healing or spiritual events and leading Sound Healing Meditations using Tibetan Singing Bowls, the Lotus Gong, flutes and Mantra along with some breath techniques from Yoga.
