Susan Hegedus is the author of “Type 2 Diabetes Cookbook For Real Men”. Susan wrote the book after her husband was diagnosed with the condition and it was the result of her experimenting in the kitchen to find diabetic-friendly alternatives to his favourite meals. In our conversation Susan talks about how writing the book has made her something of an expert, and why perseverance is the key skill any aspiring author needs to have.
