In this episode we reminisce over some good school memories and have a barrel full of laughs. Hannah talks about her Journey over the last 10 years including her ambitions to become a dance teacher through to her current role of a personal hygienist. Hannah talks about her relationship with her other half & the birth of her beautiful baby girl as well as discussing a shocking diagnosis. In this episode Hannah urges everyone to get their Smear test as it is literally life changing, as she’s realised first hand.

As it’s Mental Health Awareness Week, my good friend Xanthe Steer has recorded a confidence boosting hypnotherapy session to assist you all. This isn’t something I’ve personally ever completed so I’m looking forward to some relaxation this weekend!
Xanthe is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR & GHSC). Xanthe’s website is currently under maintenance, however if you’re interested in her work please reach out to me directly and I can put you in contact with her.
It’s really important to take time for yourself and to try and remain calm in these trying times. This can be difficult and I know self doubt can creep in especially during such precedented times. I hope this Hypnotherapy session helps you all.
