In this episode, I have the joy of sitting down with author, speaker, positive psychology coach and wellbeing consultant, Luca Firanescu Shaked, whose book, 99 Mistakes I Made as a Mom (And What I Wish I Knew), is a beautiful reminder that perfection was never the goal. 

Together, we laugh, reflect, and have an honest conversation about motherhood, self-care, perfectionism, and the lessons that only come through living life. We also dive into the power of community, why asking for help is actually a strength, and how even our biggest mistakes can become the stepping stones that shape who we're meant to be.

One of my favorite takeaways from this conversation is that happiness is something we CREATE, one choice, one act of kindness, and one moment of grace at a time.
