A husband and father.  As Oliver says he accidently fell into real estate by renting out his primary residence.  He didn’t wait until he had everything figured out to get started.

In 2018 he began wholesaling, while stationed in Fort Knox, Kentucky, successfully completing over 10 deals part-time. In 2020 during the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic, he flipped property in Maryland with his mentor and is now working in the multifamily property space to reach his goal of 625 doors prior to retiring from the Army.
