Welcome to another episode of Conversations with J — Season 3 ☺️
In Episode 4, I reflect on some of my biggest life lessons from 2026 and the experiences that have quietly taught me to be more present, more prepared, and more connected to myself.
We talk about opportunities and readiness: opportunities will always come, but are you becoming the person who is ready to receive them when they do?
I also explore what it means to find yourself again — sometimes by travelling, stepping away from the familiar, reconnecting with nature, and giving yourself enough stillness to hear what has been buried beneath the noise.
And perhaps most importantly, we talk about being present for the good things. Life will always hold difficult seasons, but the good is real too. A beautiful moment doesn't become less meaningful because something painful exists alongside it.
This episode is for anyone who is figuring themselves out, navigating change, waiting for an opportunity, feeling a little lost, or simply learning how to be present in their own life.
If something in this conversation speaks to where you are right now, leave me a comment. I'd love to know what season of becoming you're in.
BACK TO THE +254!!!! and this time, we headed straight to the old coastal town of Malindi, for none other than SUMMER TIDES 2026. What a time, my feet are still recovering but was it all worth it? 100% yes. Would I do it again? 100% Yesssss!
In this second episode of season 3, we address the elephant in the travel room: Ugandan tourism is not cheap and this is because Ugandans are not the primary target audience.
This episode hardly scratches the surface of a deeply rooted issue but atleast, it brings the topic to table.
I hope that each Ugandan, after listening, is encouraged to fight for what belongs to each and every one of us.
I disappeared for more than a year. Not because i had nothing to say… but because life was changing me faster than i could explain it.
NOW J IS BACKKKK!!!
Welcome to Season 3 of Conversations with J — a season about becoming.
This first episode is a soft return. A catch-up. A window into where I've been, what's been shifting in me, and why this comeback feels different, more intentional, more honest, more me.

Happy one year anniversary J tribe. I love you immensely
It's a WRAP with a bow on it.
Season 2 was all about making better decisions because no one is going to change your life but you. It was for standing on business to ensure that you actually achieve the change you want to see. And what better way to end than to leave a message for the girlies?
Thank you for yet another great season of conversations with J.
Till next season, stay safe.
love,
J
The first month of 2025 was not exactly the best start of the year as I had hoped it would be. But they say, a bad beginning makes a good ending, so my hope still stands strong.
How was your January tribe?
It is a new year and we are fast approaching the end of month 1. Make sure you do something remarkable in whatever room you step in. Make an impact and leave a footprint. Do not let time erase you from this world.
Enjoy episode 8!
Turning 24 and the trip making it out of the group chat.
In the longest episode pf cwJ so far, I give an in-depth narration of how I celebrated my 24th birthday in Kenya, both Nairobi and Diani in the company of my good friends.
I share the whole itinerary, from the biggest to the smallest details, and of course, lessons that I picked up,
