Kate Northrup: Do Less

If you feel like work is consuming your life, you’re not alone. We’ve all been taught that hard work pays off, but all that extra time in the workplace isn’t necessarily a good thing. After a certain point, it can be counter-productive and hazardous to your health. Kate Northrup was committed to working long hours until the fatigue she experienced during her pregnancy was so strong that it forced her to work less. She realized that by doing less she was more productive and happier and she gained more freedom in return. Kate is the author of the book, Do Less: A Revolutionary Approach to Time and Energy Management for Busy Moms.
