🎙️ New Episode – 5 Elements Constellations, Harmony & Responsibility with Emerson
In this episode, I’m in conversation with Emerson, family constellations facilitator, Shiatsu practitioner, and creator of the 5 Elements Constellations method.
We explored how his approach integrates the wisdom of the five elements into systemic work and how imbalance within a system can be understood through this lens. Emerson shared how harmony is not about perfection, but about movement and right order between forces.
We also spoke about the responsibility that comes with creating your own method. What does it mean to carry authorship? How do you avoid ego projection? Where is the line between innovation and projection?
Another key theme was projection and acceptance — how often we project unresolved dynamics onto others, and how systemic work invites us back into ownership and acceptance of what is.
A grounded and thoughtful conversation about structure, balance, and the courage to create something new.
