In this special episode, I’m in conversation with Maria, therapist and family constellations facilitator, who has just turned 80 years old.

We spoke about what 80 years of life and experience bring into this work — beyond methods and techniques. Maria shared her view on hierarchy in systemic practice: what it truly means, whether it exists, and how it can serve a system when it is rooted in order rather than ego.

We also explored the quality of softness — how it develops with age, how it supports healing, and why strength in this work does not have to be rigid.

A gentle and honest conversation about maturity, responsibility, and the quiet depth that comes with time.
