He works with founders, leaders and other people professionals to unravel life’s complexities, and to find a healthy balance between doing what needs to get done and what makes us feel good while we do it. Liam has published research exploring coaches' professional development and has written for EMCC, Association for Coaching and Coaching at Work. Understanding the influence and impact of individual and collective difference on how we live and work together is central to Liam’s work.

She is an EMCC accredited coach at senior practitioner level and works as a coaching supervisor, with specialisms in coach wellbeing and the creative self.
