The conversation comes after Nigeria's regulatory body for university admissions, JAMB -Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board releases the 2019 cut-off mark for admission into universities with changes in the cut-off marks. From the former cut-off mark of 200 out of 400 marks, it was now put at 160 a far cry from average.
