He had the unique opportunity to bridge together 95 nationalities and ways of working into a common operating system through the introduction of strategy deployment, cascaded huddles, KPIs, and front-line led problem-solving.

Yfke is a professional futurist, speaker, trainer and author. But who is she? That's a very good question. THE question she started asking herself around the age of 20.   This and many, many other questions.  It's in her nature to explore established frameworks and structures, patterns, programs and assumptions and push back boundaries. To write and talk about this freely. She was born with a boundless curiosity, a need for research, an open mind and an eye for the (seemingly) less obvious connections. Statements such as 'this is just how it works', 'that's just how I am' or 'that's just the way we do this' truly trigger me. Not to be merely rebellious but from the standpoint that nothing is static, nothing is what it seems and you're capable of truly extraordinary things. There is more than meets the eye and more than our current equipment can measure. You are able to change your perspective at any time. To make different choices and modify your behavior.

I plan on furthering my career in technology, consulting, data, and artificial intelligence while pursuing entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, innovation, and collaborative idea cultivation.  Outside of my career in technology consulting, I have a YouTube channel that focuses on technology consulting, careers, money, and content for young working professionals. To supplement that, I founded the Technology Consulting Community, a Facebook group of 2000+ members representing 70+ countries with career resources and events. Amanda also offers coaching to those who want to exit professional services firms or other corporate jobs to launch their own consulting businesses. She is especially passionate about helping women stay in the industry they love, but to work on their own terms and to their own benefit.  

She holds a Master of Business Administration in finance and Bachelor of Science in molecular biology. She also previously earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2013.
