I knew that when i started this series it was going to be difficult in some ways returning to concepts that i had locked away for such along time , but felt and still feel that i need to share. Just after i had recorded this episode on the 23rd January 2023, I had a heart attack. I am ok now, It may sound very dramatic but while i still have breath i will continue my story
