Today I talk with Will Healy, the Head Coach at UNC Charlotte.
Coach Healy’s career took off early, and he talks about the path to his initial successes. Prior to becoming a part of the 49ers, he had been at Austin Peay, where he engineered one of the greatest turnarounds in college football history.
As is the case for most of us, there were downs as well as ups in Coach Healy’s life. In our conversation, he shares his perspective on how to deal with failure and the importance of finding small victories wherever possible.
