Hello, babies!

Welcome back to another week of My Advice to You! I hope you are flourishing as we are another week closer to ending our year. Join me in this episode as Nia and I talk about venting and the importance of knowing WHEN to vent, as well as WHO to vent to.

Nia is one of my favorite humans; she makes me laugh until my cheeks hurt. We are currently taking another trip to Nashville, as it is Nia's Disneyland... and mine, too! We had to treat ourselves with another trip together before the year ends and it happened to be the same week as this episode. Talk about perfect timing. I hope you enjoy her presence as much as I do because we will definitely have more episodes together.
