"Calm Your Farm – From Surviving to Thriving":

Sasha reflects on her past belief that strength meant only showing masculine traits,   and  that femininity was seen as being weak, as opposed to her now view view,  where she holds the belief that  femininity is powerful and complimentary to masculinity. 

Sasha emphasises the importance of balancing masculine and feminine energies within oneself recognizing that excessive dominance of one can stem from trauma and social conditioning.  

Her critique of the feminist movement  towards excessive independence  argues that true fulfilment comes from interdependence
