Your favorite baker and host is officially back with an earlier than anticipated Season 4 of Cookies & Conversation Podcast. On July 24th, 2022, I was seconds away from a death caused by the person I share my daughter with: Rehvon. Since that day, I look at life through a completely different lens. I move differently. Healing now is different. And even with what felt like the odds stacked against me, my mission remained the same: nurturing this community.
For those that are new here, welcome to the journey. We keep it raw, real, and hold space for each other daily. For those that have been here, I’m so happy to be back. I am so proud of who we’ve become. Over the last three seasons, the collective did some heavy healing. We made a conscious effort to honor where we’ve been, where we are, and where we’re going. We shifted the narrative by making a conscious effort to move closer to wholeness. Now, it’s time to stay rooted in that and become aligned with all that fulfills us.
Season 4 is dedicated to what brings our souls joy. It’s time for us to shed the deadweight and welcome a more refined version of ourselves... And how do we get there? We remain grounded in the essence of who we are, our purest form. We dedicate more of our energy to what sets our soul on fire and less of it on everything that disturbs the peace we’ve worked so hard to get. When it comes to what we deserve, one of the most important things we can do is release everything that stunts our growth… and that starts today.
So as we move through this season together, I want you to sit with this: Are you extending yourself the grace you deserve? Are you honoring all of the makings of yourself without judgement? What does alignment with the highest version of yourself look like, and what does that mean to you? What brings you joy? Are you ready to welcome this new version yourself with open arms?
Take a moment to process all that you desire to be. Welcome the excitement of the brand new life that’s in your reach.
