The insanity of Black Friday/Cyber Monday will be here before we know it.
WAIT.
I mean…
The calming, relaxation of the Thanksgiving holiday will be here before we know it.
HAPPIES.
I have been in build a business mode for so many years with Eat Happy Kitchen, I don’t really ever relax anymore. Not even on my favorite food holiday.
Plus this holiday happens to be my busiest time of year as someone who provides low and no sugar recipes to folks trying to stay on track.
I am lucky enough to get to go to a friend’s house this Thanksgiving, and I’ve only been asked to make two things. This stuffing is one of them, the Cauliflower Gratin is the other. IMHO, I’m getting off easy this year.
You voted earlier this week for me to do a cooking class on the Low Carb Stuffing and Grain Free Easy Bread.
If you need more Thanksgiving low carb options, you can check out my Thanksgiving round-up or support the cause plunk down $6.99 for them all in one place and rewritten/updated to be even better in Eat Happy For The Holidays.
Full, printable PDF of the recipe is here, and of course watch the cooking class video above if you need tips on any step of the process (plus a bonus tutorial on homemade Italian dressing, too).
I’ll be back early next week with a video for Pumpkin Bars. I’m rushing to get it all done by Thanksgiving because the holidays wouldn’t be the holidays without looming self-imposed deadlines, right?
Love ya mean it.
