We have all heard the phrase - Keep It Simple Stupid. It means something different to everyone even though it should be pretty self-explanatory.

This rant is about an element of the finished dish that no one talks about or recognizes... and its HUGE! How does the food you make feed the soul?

Sure - bring the "experience" into play but it can not be all about the show. That does not resonate with people as much as you think. It's only a matter of time before the next hot thing comes along and you are forgotten... but not if you feed their soul.
