SO being able to cook is something you have to be able to do. but from you passed the stage of learning to cook, cooking will varies each level e.g cooking for your self cooking for others cooking at someone's home or cooking at your home. So it's not that your skills change its just that your cooking skills is being tested at different phases of life. able to cook and work etc.
