Monte Hailey aka Cool Cannon  owner & lead cinematographer of Everything Legendary. Born in the small town of Laurinburg, North Carolina where he  first discovered his passion for film. Graduated from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication.  Monte is creative visionary who loves to turn an ordinary vision into an extraordinary work of art.
