This week on Cow Talks, we have special guests Dr. Ann Blount and Dr. Cheryl Mackowiak giving the cool-season forage update.

Dr. Blount is a Professor in Forage Breeding and Genetics. She has worked with Florida forages for over 30 years and has been involved in developing over 80 cultivars/germplasm releases of sub-tropical forages.

Dr. Cheryl Mackowiak is an Associate Professor of Soil and Water Science. Her research and extension emphasizes the soil and water that sustain the flora and fuana that our agroecological interests and livelihoods.
