When I told people I was sitting down with a Reiki practitioner and Kangen Water distributor, I think some expected an argument.

Raquel Zertuche is a chef, culinary instructor, entrepreneur, Reiki practitioner, and wellness advocate whose journey has taken her from a traditional Hispanic Catholic upbringing into the worlds of holistic wellness, personal development, and community building.

As someone who has spent over 16 years working in healthcare and believes strongly in traditional Western medicine, I was curious to hear her perspective.
