Some of the topics Aj and I discuss are...when should a youth athlete should start lifting weights (this might surprise you), how does a travelball athlete be a multisport athlete, what does down time look like and WHY is it SOOOO important, PLUS MORE!
He even shares a little insight as to how he created The Softball Virtual Convention and who is in the line up for this up and coming event!

I even got to answer one of my listeners questions about how we as parents and coaches embrace our kids to be a multi-sport athlete to continuing to support our kids that are already playing multiple sports.
He and I also discuss how we are handling things with our own kids that are athletic and how we are doing everything we can to embrace their “right now” and build them stronger through other avenues.
Aj even takes a moment to discuss how his Training Foundations Team has grown and the staff he has within his company as a MENTOR, these people are collaborating on the daily with him in order to build a solid tool box for his athletes.
