In this episode I talk to another one of Cap's best, Liliana Klatt. Señora Klatt teaches Spanish and serves as our Professional Development Coordinator. She's super smart and plans PD meticulously from a local and global perspective. (I'm clearly on her fan club, and we ALL should be because she gives us the best PD opportunities and cuts out a lot of bologna!) Enjoy learning about her journey to teaching, out of it, and back, her word for 2022 and the ideas she shared when I asked her what we could do to increase the sense of belonging for some of our kiddos in the margins.
