On this episode of “Tall, Dark and Random” we’re joined by actor Norman D. Golden II who starred alongside Burt Reynolds in the 1993 buddy cop film “Cop and a Half”. We talk about Burt’s recent passing, Norman’s current projects, how he is sharing his knowledge of the entertainment industry in an effort to educate others and Nicholas gives Norman his honest review of the straight to dvd flop “Cop and a Half: New Recruit” starring Lou Diamond Phillips. Nicholas reacts to a negative email from an “It Works” diet product salesman offended by last weeks episode. Addison joins the show and in honor of Norman’s “Cop and a Half” character, we discuss what we wanted to be when we grew up and talk about some of our earliest jobs including Addison being challenged to a fight as an rec league umpire, Nicholas getting fired for sucking as a paperboy and how Addison ultimately chose to give up his dream of becoming a race car to pursue a career in law enforcement. Music: “The Cops” by K. Flay.
