Heidi Dowty is a Registered Yoga Teacher. Heidi is certified in YogaFit for Warriors (yoga for military veterans and first responders) a trauma sensitive specialty training in working with PTSD and TBI through yoga and meditation. She teaches mindfulness and self awareness through fluid body movement and postures that connect with the breath. She allows people a space to feel and release physical, mental, and emotional tension and stress through mindful movement and breathing techniques. In this episode she highlights the importance of maintaining our physical, mental, social, and emotional health during quarantine, social isolation, and lockdown. This is a must listen!
