I'm back, and I am avoiding politics in this one...for the most part.  

I have been recently going through a lot of changes (as most people have), and wanted to get a bit more personal in this video. This episode is serving as an update of sorts, but also as a way for me to get a few things off of my chest. I am working on not letting my thoughts and emotions get in the way of progress, but alas I am human and make mistakes. Life is a journey, and without some pain and suffering there can be no growth. We may not like life all the time, but then again if it were all easy it would all be boring.
