How are you feeling today?
In this week’s episode i decided to talk about something a lot of us struggle with : Overthinking and Anxiety.
I know how hard it is and how hard breaking the cycle can be.
I want everyone to know that they are not alone.
We may watch reels and stories on social media and think that everyone’s life is a fairytale, a dream and surely much better than ours, but TRUST me everyone struggles with something, remember this : do not compare your whole life to someone’s highlights🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
In the end we are all human beings and we all go through the same and sometimes brutal stuff.
So i decide to share some tips and ways to cope with this two nasty phenomenal (😂), that have helped me so much throughout this year!!!
