hi friends!

this episode is.......a mess. it's a hard topic for me to discuss so I didn't make any notes for it-- just spoke from my heart.

I wanted to talk to you like I would with my friends about this topic, and that created a bit of chaos. I hope you hear where I'm coming from on this & maybe it'll feel like we're on FaceTime, working through all these emotions together.
