A marathon a day until he had gone across Canada to raise money for cancer research.

I talk with Renata from Terry Fox Run NZ and Michelle from Cancer Research Trust NZ about the incredible cancer research happening here in Aotearoa, the breakthroughs being made, and why Terry’s dream still matters. Because perhaps that’s the greatest thing about Terry Fox. He didn’t finish his run. But the world decided to finish it for him. 46 years later, we’re still running. Still raising. Still researching. Still hoping. Still believing that one person can make a difference…like Terry Fox did !

Thomas Coyle MNZM has worked in forensic science for over 37 years, including service with New Scotland Yard in the United Kingdom and the New Zealand Police.

He currently works as a consultant forensic scientist and expert witness for the courts of New Zealand and Australia. Thomas is also a facilitator for the Ministry of Education, delivering forensic science education to students throughout New Zealand, and regularly conducts forensic workshops for corporate groups and professional training seminars.

Thomas is the author of a brand-new book 'The Dead Speak'
