Obviously when it comes to podcasting, being as creative as possible will pay great dividends to the podcasts overall success.  Being inspired by others work is a key element to getting those creative juices flowing, albeit copying others work can do the exact opposite.  Let's break it down a little further to better understand the boundaries between the two concepts.
